The Brad showing is located on a ridge to the west of Boabdil Creek, approximately 13.5 kilometres west of the community of Eagle Creek.

The area is underlain by Early Jurassic granodiorite and granite of the composite Takomkane batholith.

Locally, chalcopyrite mineralization occurs within quartz- K-feldspar stockwork style veinlets and/or fixture fills.

A single blast trench and possibly some helipads were put in during the late 1970’s but never recorded. In 2006, prospecting has shown the zone of mineralization and alteration to extend at least 2,000 metres north- south by 800 metres east- west, with a minimum vertical range of 300 metres.

In 2006, a grab sample of outcrop, 200 metres north of the historic trench, returned 1473 parts per million copper, 23 parts per billion gold and 685 parts per million barium (Assessment Report 29135).
